What is Mentor Coaching?

Small Business mentor coaching is a collaborative partnership which focuses on both the present and the future of your business so you can achieve profitable and realistic results quickly and easily.

Much like athletes use trainers, small business owners use coaches help drive and encourage and put you in touch with the right resources to help you achieve the results you are seeking. We also are there to celebrate your successes with you!

Small Business Clarity specialises in turning your passion and vision into a successful and thriving business. We will discuss your businesses goals and objectives and present you with a tailored coaching program to keep your business ontrack. Your coaching program will have a specific agreed timeframe as this brings commitment and focus to our coaching sessions. Together we will:

  • Reveal and gain clarity on your objectives that will in turn. define your
    personal coaching program.
  • Connect and work together on reaching the agreed outcomes

It’s important to note

Although a Small Business Mentor Coach will be one of your biggest supporters, you will also be asked (when necessary) to raise the bar and stretch yourself – to grow and work towards becoming who you want to be.

A Mentor Coach doesn’t have all the answers and won’t be solving your problems for you – we aren’t therapists or counselors. However we do openly share our knowledge and help you find the answers to your questions and challenges.

Is coaching confidential?

As your mentor coach, I will maintain client confidentiality to the full extent allowed by law.  I honour the client’s confidence, and do not discuss our coaching sessions with others.  As part of our coaching agreement we agree to a foundation of honesty, trust and respect, and understand
that your ultimate well-being is the central focus of the coaching relationship.

As a member of International Coaching Federation (ICF) I adhere to the ICF Code of Ethics
